“This was my first time staying at the Cove. I celebrated my birthday there. I have stayed at other resorts in Atlantis, but the Cove is by far the best..in my opinion. The Cove is luxurious, majestic scenery, and exceptional property conditions and facility. The thing i was most impressive was the staff's hospitality, professionalism and friendliness. “First, I do not recommend the partial ocean view rooms. They overlook the busy, noisy street and ours overlooked the dumpster. Ocean view was very minimal. We were unable to use the Beach 360 club on a few of the days because the hotel was catering to the cruise line passengers. Everything was very expensive. I received an email several days prior to leaving offering an upgrade. Upon arrival, the staff had no indication of this and stated there were no upgrades. I asked again the next morning……

“Property is definitely ready for update. And although very sweet staff no urgency or rush. Harborside was great for a quiet relaxing vibe . Opposed to The other Atlantis properties. ”

“Private swim pool carved out of beach coral rock with ocean flowing through. Unbelievably cool!!!! Extremely private. Beach barista makes best mango daiquiri in world- yummy. Walking distance from airport if lightly loaded. Prices high for everything. Come loaded and have a good time. ”

"I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights"
