“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“We had a really great time. the location on the beautiful beach was great. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The buffet food was really quite good and had lots of variety (one of us has pretty significant dietary restrictions, but it was no problem at all), and we were able to book the specialty restaurants for dinner (which were all very nice). “The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit.
