“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“The property is wonderful, but the people are the highlight! First, we met Taj. Upon arrival, he took care of our bags and immediately made us feel like we were being welcomed by family. Pam, at the front desk treated us like VIP guests, even though we were staying in one of smaller rooms for only 3 days. We were early for check in, so we went to the Blue Sail restaurant at the back of the property for lunch and a Kalik! Our bartender was Shakira. She was so much fun and once again, we felt like……

“The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. On the bright side, we still had an amazing vacation and the Bahamas are still at……
