“This was my first time staying at the Cove. I celebrated my birthday there. I have stayed at other resorts in Atlantis, but the Cove is by far the best..in my opinion. The Cove is luxurious, majestic scenery, and exceptional property conditions and facility. The thing i was most impressive was the staff's hospitality, professionalism and friendliness. “This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property.”

“It was quite and clean. The property was well taken care of and most of the areas were safe (with the exception of the bridge near the hot tub that got super wet and slick and I fell..oww.) they let us use their kayaks and there was a lifeguard on duty throughout the day. The drinks were well made and the other people I met there were super kind. “The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down.
