“The entire property is just gorgeous and elegant! It is continently located in a prime location where there are options for dining, relaxation and activities. The staff and service we were provided was top-notch. The room was immaculate and we had a beautiful balcony view of the river. We will definitely be staying here again for years to come. ”

“The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. ”

“Property was beautiful, rooms had all amenities, lots of room. Food was yummy from the pool bar, drinks as well. Perfect location for walking, we didn’t have a car. We did use their complimentary car service one night. Pretty great place.”

“Property changed hand weeks ago and new manager didn’t feel it was necessary to inform customers that booked the property because of the several amenities they no longer offered. Their model is completely flawed as only 1 person works everything so even if you want to change the temperature in your room, you text or call to have them do it at the desk. No one answered!! TV complicated and didn’t work. Loading dock in back in a dirty alley. Parking 1.5 blocks away and also dirty and unkept. ……

“Very welcoming, small inn with accommodating staff. The included breakfast was excellent. However, being an historic building, expect a bit more extraneous noise from other rooms and staff. And those with mobility issues should call the hotel before booking. Most, if not all, rooms require climbing stairs. Parking can also be an issue, as the hotel has no parking lot and you must park along the street.”
