A fabulous property. The staff was top end. Any request was handled usually very quick, special requests as well. They were able to provide me a single red rose for my companion. I’d like to say thanks to Patrick, Marvin, Rod, Carl, Joshua. Whenever we needed the car, it was there within a minute or so. The valet parking fee is high, but there is public parking right across the street. Should you decide to use it. The property sits on historic Reynolds Square. I would recommend.

The location is wonderful - the entire historic district is walkable, especially in December vs. July. The hotel is across the street from Planter's Tavern which is one of favorite night cap spots. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were on the 6th floor which means our room received constant sunshine (the windows face south) - the AC could be stronger. It was not too bad in December but may be a little uncomfortable in the summer months. A room on a lower floor would be shielded by the Congress St, garage and perhaps a little cooler. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Location was good. Porter/Valet service was very good and appreciated, although we did pay for valet service.Interaction with hotel clerk was brief but fine. Our room, 603, was absolutely terrible! Bathroom was very unclean! Mirrors had definitely NOT been cleaned and soap dish still had soap residue. Heavy coat of dust on towel holder and “plaster” all over the floor and tub. There was a very strong mildew smell in room and hallway. There were stains on the top bedding! Antiquated air return system made a loud clunking sound off and on throughout the night. Therefore, would not stay there again nor recommend.

We had a great time! The hotel appeared to be clean, however, I noticed there was food at the edge of the bed on the ground that was missed. The staff was absolutely wonderful, we had great convos with both of the Valet gentlemen. The only downside is that our room was on the side of the parking garage and wow, it was loud at all times of the night!! We had easy access to everything and the square across the street was perfect! I would stay here again!

Hotel steps away from stop #10 for the hop-on hop-off trolley. MANY restaurants and shops close by. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable and roomy. Staff very helpful. Room had mini fridge but no microwave...did not affect our stay. I was exceedingly please with the location of this hotel.

I enjoyed the availability of water and coffee in the lobby area. They also have cheese, crackers and wine in the evening and one evening I came in to warm, fresh baked cookies! I am accustomed to no room service since Covid, which I actually request upon check in. This time I had to request recleaning of my bathroom as soon as I checked in which could not be done until the next morning due to cleaning staff had left for the day 😒. The bathroom was cleaned and shower curtain replaced the next day.

Charming hotel right on one of the famous squares. Staff were prompt, courteous and helpful. Valet parking was a nice feature. Lovely wine and cheese spread in the evening with piano entertainment. Room offered plenty of space and the bed was quite comfortable, though a touch high off the floor for us shorter people. Bathroom was clean and spacious and the automatic nightlight was a nice touch. Easy walking distance to restaurants, lounges, shopping and points of interest. I look forward to visit again.

The room is of slightly higher quality than a standard hotel. What set this place apart for us was the service of the staff. From the moment we walked through the door, they were there to assist. I drive a larger than average vehicle, parking is not always simplistic. The gentleman at the door kept vigil on my vehicle until we could locate a spot. If there were any shortcomings with the room or hotel, the staffs service made them unnoticeable. Thank you for a great stay.

Staff was very polite and helpful. The property is clean and well-maintained, and within walkable distance of most the historic district. Parking is adjacent to the property. There were no king-size rooms available, and mattress was not as supportive as I would preferred. We stayed for two nights, but I would need better bed options for a longer stay.
