all and all pretty good. Its on the pricey side for how outdated the hotel is. everything is extremely outdated. Bathrooms where face lifted but not renovated. We were expceting something a more updated and refined. The breakfast was not very good. the coffee there served was good and had options. its a great location if you are visiting the SCAD. The staff were super friendly and kind. They should put up signage at the entrance of the shared parking lot, and signs at the door you should enter for check ins. And more road signs explaining were to park. They have a shared parking garage with another hotel, and public pay as you go parking. after driving around the building 3 times we finally figured it out because there was 1 small blue sign at least pointing towards the parking garage that is about 2 blocks from the hotel entrance. I think if your main focus is just sleeping and you plan to spend time at SCAD then this is a good spot. If you want good atmosphere, good dinging, room service, or easy parking this place is not the best choice. The owners need to spend some cahs and update the facilitys and the food. The Staff is doing the best they can with what they have to offer. Our first room smelled of mold, when we checked the bathoom it was on the walls and ceiling. We called the staff at the front desk and they were very accomodating and moved us to a better cleaning room.

Great location in historic district! You are 15 min walk from the river if you go to the North historic district and 15 min walk from the Forsyth Park if you head to South historic district. 5 min walk to Broughton street with all the restaurants and shopping. We took a trip to Tybee Island through one of the tour operators and even the visitor center from which the tour departed was 3 min walk away from the hotel. Parking is available at the hotel, I believe it is $40/night. However, you really don’t need a car to see historic Savannah if you stay here. We used uber to get to and from airport and otherwise just walked everywhere. The property is nice with cozy sitting area in lobby, great breakfast area and many breakfast options. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. I especially liked how spacious the bathroom was. The sink counter was a bit too high for me, but if you are 5’7” and taller you’ll find it very comfortable. I rated service lower than the rest, because despite me leaving a tip, housekeeping did not replace the empty tissue box.They also did not notice that we were out of tp, or noticed but forgot to leave us a roll. They took my tip however. I had to hunt them down the hallway to get those when we got back. Overall, great hotel in an awesome location and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location, totally walkable. The hot water wasn’t very hot in the shower. Also, the underground parking was $35 a night. The breakfast was good.

Our room was across from the hotel laundry and next to an exterior door. Extremely loud, but the staff willingly moved us to a quieter room. For the cost, I expected a little more/better. No cups in room, flimsy plastic utensils at breakfast, and room cleaned only every other day.
