“Beautiful location but rooms have issues - no hot showers!!!. Stayed with family in 3 bedroom. View was perfect, room was very clean and modern. Appliances older style. Master bedroom never had a hot shower! We called reception and they sent technician, he said “oh, water heater is on the roof, so you don’t get a lot of hot water here on the lower floors. Also, we have no control over how hot (or not) it is”. Hall bathroom had hot water if you ran it for 10 min before getting in. Master……

“This property is excellent even in the off-season. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Only “shortcoming” is that there is not a complimentary breakfast but there are plenty of options nearby and within the hotel, at a cost. We will be returning to this location!”

“The property is beautiful! We thought the staff were all very helpful and very professional. We stayed from Thursday thru Sunday. We would recommend the Sand Dollar Grille on the property for a casual meal. We had two meals there and they were both delicious and the personnel was great. We were told housekeeping would be by to clean our room on Saturday at a specific time, so we made plans to be out of our room at that time, but they never came. Realistically, it was not an issue……

“WE HAD A FANTANSTIC STAY AT THE ISLAND VISTA RESORT. IT IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! WE WISH WE COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER. IT WAS ONLY FOR 2 NIGHTS. WE WILL BE STAYING MUCH LONGER NEXT TIME. ”
