“The check-in process gave us the wrong door code which we then had to return and argue that we were doing it correctly. When issued a new code the door worked on the first try. The #5 on the face plate for the lock had issues and would stick causing trouble throughout the stay with getting back into the room. Overall the place was clean and well kept.”
