We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. “Generally Motel one is great but this time we were in a disabled access room ( no idea why as we didn’t need or request it) The whole of bathroom floor was soaked after using the shower which didn’t drain well, the carpet in the bedroom looked as though a dog had been in there! So overall we weren’t pleased with our room. The bed was clean and comfortable.”
