「Easy to get to 5th Ave and our favorite restaurant El Fogon. Very clean. 」

「Stay was nice right on 5th Ave for all your shopping and beach. Only thing was elevator stop working and club next door plays music o believe until 3 a.m besides that hotel inside eas very nice very specious.」

「The hotel rooms are clean , average accommodation , the pool is nothing special but we didn’t go to swim in the pool we went for the beach and it’s right out our room and awesome . Service was great at the beach club and hotel ,The hotel is close to everything you need . If your looking for good place to hangout at the beach this is it. I would use this hotel again . 」

「My family of 8 just got back from Riu Playacar. It was great. We loved the nightly entertainment each night. Also there was a wide variety of food for everyone to choose something they liked. The shopping across the street was so easy to bring my kids over there to look for souvenirs. 」

「Great stay! My only critique is for the Hotel to implement that the 24-hr security guard have access to the master key to rooms in the event an hotel guest accidentally locks themselves out of their room. This happened to me one night after the front desk was closed (which was 11p) and I couldn’t get back into my room until the front desk reopened at 7a. Luckily, I had a friend who was staying nearby and I was able to sleep there but I would have much rather stayed in the room I paid for....

「A very good stay for a quick solo trip to Playa! The hotel was well-situated for my purpose of going there. I would highly recommend that a bar fridge be placed in each room! It would hold water, juice and a few drinks. No kitchen facilities are alright for a quick trip but water is a must. I would use this place again if there was a small fridge in the room.」

「En realidad solo fuimos a dormir, en las noches había un poco de ruido, pero nada que no permitiera descansar. Estaba un poco alejado del área turística, pero era muy fácil de llegar. Por el precio está súper bien. En un taxi llegas fácilmente a todas las áreas turísticas y parques. La playa que está cerca es muy bonita. 」
