“The property was contactless, there was no concierge or visible staff. It was a strange experience, like kiosks at McDonalds except with customer service done by text message. The trip was fine, but a little unsettling if I needed something. The hotel felt lifeless. Also the Continental breakfast was just a cabinet full of snacks and no coffee or drinks. I skipped it. ”

“Beautiful hotel with a nice restaurant and a pool that stayed open all night long. The suite was very nice but the bed was a little uncomfortable and sounded like the frame was going to break whenever you rolled around. I would give this place another chance and absolutely enjoyed everything else about it. The shuttle to downtown TC was great, driver was nice and very friendly also. ”

“Very well kept property. Clean rooms with very nice linens. Free breakfast that was delicious and there were many options. The best part was the staff! We were checked in by Tricia and Sheila who were THE BEST. They provided excellent service and helped us plan our activities around the area. All of the employees were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay, including Kevin from maintenance. We would definitely stay there again! ”

“The Charlevoix House was delightful and very closely located by the ferry boat dock and downtown. The only complaint I had was the very creaky floor of the very old house. The staff is very aware of it and planning to address it. Though one could say the creaking floor was a feature of the old house, and not a complaint. All the rooms were unique, and the kitchen and common areas were nice and spacious.”

“The condo is newer with plenty of space. All the basics were available (soap, utensils, laundry detergent, etc). We enjoyed walking to breakfast and a winery too. A quick drive to many other wineries and dining options. There are two sets of stairs to the top floor, but we were expecting this from the listing information. However, as another reviewer mentioned, there are fruit flies. Not just a few, probably hundreds. Our family was going out for all meals, so we did not cook there. I would not……
