“We were only in San Juan for 2 days and decided on the Condado area. We didn't want to pay a fortune for a big resort hotel so this was perfect. It's just off the main street and the beach, so is close to everything you need. It's securely behind a gated fence. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was biting insects because of all the greenery in the courtyard, and the fact that our room had very few plugs for charging devices.”

“The staff here are amazing and the property is beautiful. The only thing is we didn’t get turn down service the entire time and the AC unit blows right on the beds. It made it a struggle to sleep at night. They should rearrange the rooms a little to conform with the AC units. I would probably stay here again but I would get a car”

“OMERO is conveniently located in a very short walking distance to the beach and to restaurants and stores. We always had great variety of food choices, and if we had leftovers or we wanted a small meal at the hotel, we had access to OMERO's kitchen and clean common area. OMERO graciously gave customers access to beach chairs, body board, and other beach equipment and had an outdoor shower ready for our return. We want to highlight the easy access to the beach along the same street as the hotel……
