“Everything was simply fantastic...We were closer to everything and it was quiet. Everything was clearly explained to us and it was clean.”

“I stayed at this property with family and friends. It was the best decision I made. It was walking distance to breakfast cafes, bars, rental cars, beaches and restaurants. Property Manager was attentive to our needs. Property was clean and beautiful. Worth every penny! Would rent this property again!”

“Beautiful spot in the mountains. A little tough to get to with directions. I agree that initial drive should be done there in the daytime. The pool is very clean and relaxing. The family/ hosts are wonderful people ready to help any way possible. Noise sensitive people should bring ear plugs. The chickens and peacocks wake up pretty early;) Other than that a really tranquil, lovely place.”

“After a horrible hotel stay, we were so relieved to find this amazing home in the west of Puerto Rico. It was everything we hoped for immaculately clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The space was thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and truly enjoy our time. The location was also perfect not too far from everything but peaceful enough to fully take in the local vibe. If you want to experience what living in Puerto Rico’s west side is really like, this spot is definitely a vibe.……

“The small apartment is just minutes from the strip and beach walking. The host was excellent: available, handy, and welcoming. I would recommend my own friends and family here. It’s is perfect for any solo traveler or couple on a budget. The area is really chill. Good coffee and restaurants in walking distance.”

“This place is a nice room attached to a home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very convenient to the airport & off-airport car rentals. Driveway parking puts you closer to the door than the sidewalk. Persons with mobility issues will appreciate that it is a ground floor dwelling. The unit is kept clean enough that I felt comfortable walking barefoot inside. All the amenities were as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.”

“We loved our stay here! It was conveniently close to everything we needed, but felt tucked away and safe. We enjoyed the golf course and beautiful beaches. The beds were very comfortable! The house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! ”

“In Rio Grande, cozy, large, old school, one tv but we were out a lot so was ok. Kitchen had everything we needed plus some. Great mountain and rainforest views, very close to Yunque rainforest, two Walmarts; one east and one west, plenty of places to eat. 20 mins from San Juan. Has its own little nightlife but not like San Juan. You will need to rent a car to get around unless you want to pay for ubers. Had to contact the host and she was very quick to respond and polite.”

“Loved the house overall! It was a little further than I expected based on the advertised location, but it worked out great anyway. We had a little difficulty finding the house but were able to contact the host for help with the correct location. Host greeted us shortly after arrival to welcome us and make sure we were settled in and acquainted with the are and house amenities. The house has many great amenities! We loved the pool and all the open space! Getting places definitely requires a car,……

“The Villa has a strange setup with the living and kitchen in different buildings but it was very clean and nice. We were thankful for the generator as the power was out for about 24 hours and it kept up very well. The owners were very attentive to some minor issues we had. Grocery and restaurants were in walking distance which was very convenient since we had no car. The fix a trip concierge was very helpful in arranging transportation and excursions. We had a wonderful time!”

“This place was amazing. Not only was the property a taste of what local culture is like in San Juan, but the owners respond very quickly. It is between Condado and the airport so, Ubers were readily available at all times. Restaurants and local markets are near by they have essential cooking appliances for you to use if you choose to make your own food. They left us a bottle of wine and a nice letter. Overall great experience and I plan to come back. ”

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
