“I was so impressed with the spacious Pono Kai property and maintenance. Nice landscaping, elevator, heated pool and HOT tub. Employees were all so friendly and polite. Everything worked in my CLEAN room. Friendly guests and owners. Large parking lot, but buildings spaced out over acres, so very quiet. I wish I had found the Pono Kai to rent during my entire 3 weeks, Saving transition days and service fees. Directly on bike path and ocean. I biked or walked every day...food trucks and……

“This place was a perfect location to explore the north shore. Property was clean and We like the fact that there was nobody above or below us. Princeville shopping center just around the corner and Hanalei bay just a short drive away”

“Cable TV didn't have many channels and no sound control. Pool had numerous debris. I expected better accommodation for the price. ”

“This was the perfect property for our family of 4. It was a very short walk to the beach, had great views of the sunset, and had all of the amenities you need. Plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella, snorkeling gear, and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Would definitely recommend!!!”

“The cliffs at Princeville were amazing! They had a spot you could watch the sunset with the view of the ocean, it was absolutely stunning. In unit washer and dryer was super convenient. Unit was bigger than expected for the price. Front desk staff were friendly and super helpful.”

“The property as a whole is a bit dated although the unit itself has been updated in many ways; where it may fall short in some areas it makes up for in the location...location, location, location. It is walking distance to all amenities. The front desk was quick to respond to anything we had asked for and the staff are very friendly.”
