「The hotel's staff is generally very nice, particularly Charlie and the activities group, however their timeshare pitch wasn't appreciated, was stressful and not worth the 'coupons/discounts' provided. Also, the arrangement the hotel has with taxis is akin to robbery and will only lead to extreme overpayment. It's not the extra $30 for a taxi, but more the principle, understanding Spanish and hearing the conversation between the bellhop and the driver about how much they intend to rip you off. ...

「The people were very friendly and accommodating. Most of the food was fantastic, one of my breakfasts was a bit over cooked. The dinners were very good. We got a different themed menu every night. The dessert was always fantastic, we had cheescake, chocolate lava cake, apple crapes. Very upper scale food. If you are looking for buffet style this is not your place. The little pool side bar you could get hotdogs, burgers, frys and most alcoholic beverages you would want. Pool was very refreshing...

"Try to make reservations for the restaurant when first day I came. And find all the restaurants in hotel are not available except the buffet. and for the rest 4 days of my stay, i can only ate buffet, which is so bad. They also make a mistake on the room.i came with my friend, we booked a 2 beds room, but there is only 1 king size bed room left. Was Told that was the last room they have. So we have to sleep on one bed. "
