"We loved staying at this property! We had our luggage shipped to the hotel, and after the easy check in process, I turned around and our luggage had magically appeared behind us. The room was clean and had a fantastic view! Washer/dryer unit made traveling light easier. Included breakfast had a lot of options, though it could get busy. Welcome drinks every day were my kids’ favorite! Close to Shin-Osaka station, easy walk."

It was also very easy to get a taxi through the staff at the front desk. The only drawback was the hotel's location a bit beyond walking distance from the interesting downtown areas."

However there seemed to be a mishap with Hotels.com as it appeared that Holiday Inn did not get the message of the extra guest and treated us as if only one guest was staying despite the request being lodged explicitly. But the breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfortable. It was also helpful for them provide a shuttle with regular intervals. So yeah, this is worth a stay at."
