“Lovely clean property with lots of space Good choice of continental breakfast in the morning”

“Car park is relatively small, with 2 large 4x4s on there, it was a bit of a nightmare to park at first. There is an overflow car park though (perhaps exceedingly large vehicles should be disallowed or only allowed on the overflow?) Staff are excellent, especially Anna and the gentleman (whose name i didn't get) who served us for breakfast the first half of the week, both are superb at what they do. Good quality and quantity spread breakfast, made to order, and caters for dairy and gluten……

“浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。”

“Es war einfach wunderbar. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, grosses und gepflegtes Zimmer und Bad mit grosser Dusche. Sehr viel Ablagefläche im Bad und wohlriechende Pflegeprodukte. Das Doppelbett war sehr, sehr bequem und das Hotel sehr ruhig, so dass ich wunderbar schlief. Das Frühstück konnte am Vortag ausgewählt werden. Das „english breakfast“ wurde dann frisch zubereitet und war einfach wunderbar. Der junge Mann sehr zuvorkommend und sehr motiviert und freundlich. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen……

“Friendly staff and clean, spacious room. Not easy to walk there from the rail station. However, One can get there easily through a steel bridge (which was not shown in the map) linking it to the Freeman’s Quoy Centre at the Peninsula, near the Premier Inn Durham. Good and reasonably priced dinner.”

“It’s a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish. I’m being picky hoping I’m being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. ”

“Lovely old building with all its characteristics. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfy. stayed for 2 nights and only ate there and the food was outstanding. ”

“I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”
