「Friendly staff and excellent service 」

「We have been stuck in Newcastle for two days (as of now) due to flight cancellations. We booked this hotel as it was the closest we could find available to the airport (BA says they'll refund our stay in 4-6 weeks time...) The staff have been amazing and helpful, the common areas are lovely (the pool is specially gorgeous). My only complaint is that the rooms are a bit dated. There are no plugs near the beds, which is a bit annoying. Other than that, comfy big rooms, awesome housekeeping, and...

「Soundproof isn’t quiet good, especially on Saturday night when there were too many drunk ladies, they came back super late, very loud, also they tried to open my door, many times, 3am to 4am, I didn’t sleep at all.」
