The staff was friendly, especially Madison checking us in on our late night arrival. The kids loved the pools and we ventured over to Sapphire falls and really loved their poolside service and pool area. "

There’s so many dining and shopping areas within walking distance and concierge made a reservation for us at a restaurant he recommended which was amazing!
