「We had a late check-in and they were very accommodating, very polite and helpful, this was our second visit, would definitely recommend for a stop over for Bristol airport 」

「Rooms were not cleaned to a very good standard, lots of bits on the floors, behind sofa and beds. Very dusy in bathroom on window cill. Mirrors were very streaky. Room smelt very musty on arrival even though the windows were left open before we arrived.」
