「Large room, comfortable bed and sofa. Room design is good. With iron board and iron. The best accommodation I ever have among travel.」

「It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get one bottle of water of 300ml. The rooms were dated and dirty. Some of the facilities obviously need some maintenance. The gym was so tiny and the breakfast was not a buffet style.」

「We felt comfortable and relaxed during nine day stay. The environment is quiet. Although the location is situated in Spring Hill, it takes only 10 mins walking to the City - Central Station and King George Square. 」

「靠近車站跟超市，交通方便。房間、廚房、浴室乾淨，接待人員親切友善(非24小時接待，注意櫃台時間)。泳池不大，玩玩水可以。有洗烘衣機跟廚房，對我們很有幫助。」

「Very nice in general, had to get used to dark corridors and rooms...what's that about? Oh yeah, no sink plug for the bathroom sink. Grrr」
