「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Great resort! Food is good and fresh a 4 stars for me not a 5 stars. But since the resort is so nice, clean and the staff friendly and helpful the food is very acceptable. They also have a great choice of a la carte restaurants and La Fleur is an excellent one. The beach is beautiful, lots of shade, water shoes are useful since the bottom is rocky in some area. And the coaties were not a problem, they had a lot less around than when I first visited 5 years ago. We had a great time!!」

「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic...

「The room was beautiful, clean and updated. Pools and amenities were great. Staff was lovely and very friendly! This is a large resort and the trolley system works very well. The reservation system required for several of the restaurants (specifically sushi restaurant) was not efficient. If you want to go to the sushi restaurant you literally have to get in a single-file line BEFORE 8am, and stand there for an hour to hopefully make a reservation. I have no intentions of spending my vacation...
