「This amazing opulant hotel is steeped in history. Many world leaders & famous celebrities have stayed here over the years. The interior lounge and dinig areas are beautiful, the rooms luxurious, & the amenities are of a very high standard. Wonderful buffet breakfast, sumotuous, served by friendly professional staff. I would like to Helda & Nizar for their cheerful pleasant manner & helpful service. A wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the old city, the Mamilla Mall, and parks. 」

「Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water to be discharged from the bath tub and every sink.」
