“Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door. Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren. Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing. ”

“no shower gel from the first day we checked in. we had to call the reception, but they did not have the bottles refilled. And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels bottle refilled. “Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome with a variety of selections. Very good location as the light rail station is around the corner. One thing I would like to particularly address was that they sent my lost items in the safe that I forgot to bring back to Taiwan efficiently. Much appreciated. ”
