However, still feels safe and comfortable. It had every amenity I needed and I felt well taken care of. I’m so glad I booked this apartment!」

The location is 20-25 min walk to center and all the squares and popular quarters Bairro Alto, Baixia, elevator Santa Justa, etc. There is Rua Esperanza (street) right down the hill from the house which has a great little cafe and restorant. We loved the counter in the bathroom, it was huge and fit all our things. 「Good location. We utilized the parking which was a key factor in choosing this location. Communication was good. The place was clean but lacked some supplies. Needed more towels for our group of 8. The place does not have A!C but we were there when it was hot. It was still okay. Overall a good value for our needs.」

「The location is decent and convenient enough. It is a short walk to the Arroios metro station and also nearby several grocery stores. We appreciated the layout & spaciousness of the apartment with the two bedrooms and bathrooms, and the laundry machine in-unit. The unit itself is as advertised from the photos, however it isn't within the cleanest property. Both the property and unit itself could use better cleaning attention. The unit is two flights up a narrow, dimly lit & dusty stairwell....
