I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting, no smile—just a cold, indifferent attitude. Basic hospitality manners, such as wishing guests or making them feel welcome, were completely absent.
The service was equally unpleasant. The staff acted as if they were doing a favor by attending to guests, and any request was met with irritation. There were no clear guidelines provided about hotel policies, and they failed to explain important details at check-in, which led to unnecessary confusion later on.
Overall, the level of unprofessionalism was shocking. If you value good customer service and a pleasant stay, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This hotel seriously needs to train its staff in basic hospitality and customer service.
