Bao'an Family Hotel

"It's been a while since we last visited Mission Hills and it was such a nice surprise to find that there are just so many more things to do here now. The place is still beautiful and relaxing and the services remained professional and engaging as before. With a quick ride on the free shuttle bus we got to this new shopping complex, MH Mall. Man, it had everything there. So many dining options, including our favourite, Haidilao hotpot. We walked around the mall and found some interesting places...

"Staff members took longer than expected to fix WiFi. It took til the next day to finally get it fixed. "

"The hotel charged me $10 USD for using three tea bags. There was no sign in the room telling me the possible charge. In the check out process at front desk, I was cut in by another customer and he was serviced first because he has a loud voice. The worst is that I received an email from hotel.com asking me if I stayed in this hotel and i was asked to provide the room number otherwise I was assumed of not staying here and shall charge me the room the second time. "Comfortable place with helpful staff. Enough English. The breakfast is worth it served in a sun filled room. Bathroom had some mold but excellent water pressure and hot water."

"호텔이라고 할 수는 없고, 에어비앤비에 나와야 할 것 같은 숙소입니다. 원룸 몇개를 구매해서 렌트를 하는 것 같습니다. 방청소, 수건 교환 등의 서비스는 전혀 기대하면 안됩니다. 위치는 좋습니다. 주변에 월마트, 피자헛, 식당가, 지하철역 가깝습니다. 그리고 프론트 개념은 따로 없고, 10층 1호가 사무실인데 사람이 없습니다. 체크인할때도 전화해서 들어갔고, 체크아웃할때는 사람이 없어서 보증금도 못받았습니다. 다만 잠만 잔다면 그냥 지낼만 합니다."
