「Beautiful property. But there are a lot of gaps in the overall experience. Not enough servers. Ordering a drink at the pool bar was a hassle and felt very 3 star. (Servers and waiters were fine, just not enough of them). The gazebo and waterway is nice….but the last half of it toward the beach was idle. No water. Really ugly. Not what you expect to see at this type of resort. The room was nice. The bathroom feels dirty due to old age. Our concierge was not there a lot of the time. ...

「The landscaping is lovely and the grounds are very clean and well kept. The pools are great, it was nice that they raised the water temperature for the last couple of days. It was nice to have the paths to stroll in the evenings. We enjoyed our meals, mostly at the Papala del Sol. Cornelio provided exceptional service, as did Luis. And Emiliano was always so cheerful. We did manage to get reservations at Los Murales and it was also very good, great service by Leonel, as well as the Hibachi...

「The best thing about this resort is undoubtedly the staff and the chefs. With our diet restrictions (vegetarian), each and every staff member and chef we came across were amazing. Shout out to Alejandro Arcaza, the sous chef, who visited our table quite often to confirm we had everything we needed and had some excellent desserts made for us. Chefs - Louis (breakfast butfet), Carlos (lunch buffet) and Antonio (at Bella) made amazing food. The manager, Glendi, was super helpful and Gabriel...
