「We had an enjoyable stay. Its a Hidden Gem. Very upscale and classy. The Chef made delicious meals. Very quiet and private. They have a nice bar onsite. The decor and ambience is top notch. 「Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using. 「The hotel is just as pictured - gorgeous views from everywhere on the property. The staff were lovely - friendly, always wanting to help, etc. The room was very comfortable and close to everything. As we were both somewhat unwell when we arrived, we would have liked a few more basic options on the dinner menu as our appetites were not there and it was difficult to find simple food that we felt we could handle.
