雖然是連鎖但是這家跟其他分店比起來體驗很不好,櫃檯經常沒人而且第一天check in 說找不到訂單就算了(後來有找到),一開始給的房間完全沒打掃過,桌上有前房客遺留的喝到一半的飲料瓶,冰箱還冰著兩罐看起來沒開過的飲料但我們完全不敢喝。然後浴室內前房客的牙刷也沒有收走沒補新的盥洗用品,真的懷疑到底有沒有人打掃過!向櫃檯反應後被問如果把垃圾清掉能不能繼續住同一間房?完全沒有主動提出更換房間,還要我跟他們說我們要換別間,感覺就是新開的人力跟訓練都嚴重不足....
If the hotel can provide 1 queen bed and 1 double bed is perfect.
Or can provide connecting rooms.

The hotel is considered a good option in the city center, within walking distance to attractions like Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The transportation is convenient, as it is close to a subway station. There is also a 24-hour Aeon supermarket downstairs, and several nice restaurants nearby.
I booked a Deluxe Single Room, Non-Smoking. The room had enough space for my luggage, and the staff were friendly and resolved my issues.

However, there were some problems:
- The trash bin in the room had leftover garbage from the previous guest.
- The refrigerator needed to be manually turned on, and the instructions were only in Japanese, which made the power location unclear.
- There might be some noise from cars at night, but it was minimal and personally acceptable for me.
- The facilities were lacking; there was only one water dispenser in the lobby, and there were only 3 or 4 washing machines, with a standard wash and dry time of 180 minutes.
Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a stay in the city center.
