「This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure.」

「Had no problems with check in, check out, or any part of our stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean but does smell like cigarettes in the hallway due to the casino attached but it did not come into the rooms at all so it wasn’t a bother. Had trouble sleeping due to the loud fan that would turn on and off for the ac/heater. Overall, it was a great price for a good place to stay while our son was playing in a local tournament. We will stay here again. 」

「We stayed 4 nights to visit family in the area. This was a great spot to call home for a few days. The room was large . The breakfast was hot and varied each day. The cook did a lovely job! The hotel was being remodeled, which we would have liked to know. Also the pool and hot tub were not as expected. We received treatments at the spa which were adequate. We look forward to the new owners shining up this gem.」
