「Very clean, friendly staff, I couldn’t stay for breakfast but it sure looked good. Like coffee in lobby at night. Would be helpful to have a hand bar in bathroom by toilet for those who need it but don’t require any additional assistance help.」

「Check in was normal except I had to sign a document confirming occupancy which I have never been required to sign before at any other hotel. The hot water in the bathroom did not stay hot and took a very long time to warm up. The floor above had children that kept jumping off the bed to the floor and when we complained the front desk told us there was nothing they could do until after 10 pm. 「I have stayed at this location several times and have always been pleased with the stay. For the price, it is a very nice hotel with comfortable furniture, plenty of space and extra amenities. The breakfast area is spacious and the food is decent - much better than the basics often found at budget motels. The staff have always been friendly. I will likely make this my go-to location for traveling through northern Ohio. 」
