“If we go back to Cleveland, we will definitely consider staying here again. It’s an old inn within a neighborhood. There was parking onsite and contactless check in with all of the information sent earlier in the day. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. It was very quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and we were able to walk to a couple of restaurants within the area. Good location to downtown Cleveland. ”

“We stayed in a suite with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The size of the suite was great. As far as cleanliness, the room left a bit to be desired. We had a sleeper sofa which my daughter slept in, and when I removed the cushions, the undersides were absolutely covered in stains. I also noticed a few bits of trash and hair on the ground throughout the room which was a little off putting. The queen beds were comfortable. “Excellent hotel with valet parking in downtown Cleveland close to many venues. Friendly helpful staff easy quick check in. The guy at the front desk had a great sense of humor, he was knowledgeable and efficient. Centro restaurant was fabulous. Our server was excellent. We stayed on a Tuesday and there was a fabulous date menu with 4 courses and great champagne included. The bread was fabulous. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, choppped salad, delicious steak and Bolonaise pasta all for $109.……

“I can't give enough praise for the staff. They were all kind, friendly and had a great attitude. We dealt with Vicky several times and she was amazing! The rooms were clean. I really liked how they had the remote wrapped in plastic to show they had cleaned it and also left a wipe. We appreciated the sheet they have printed up of the local restaurants and take out. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. ”
