"Breakfast buffet included eggs, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, orange juice & much more! Rooms were clean. The Mother Daughter dual at the front desk are awesome and assisted me most during my stay there. Upon check out, one front desk agent came off quite intimidating when I left a little late at checkout…around 12ish. "I did all my arrangements online. Upon my arrival everything was ready and waiting for me. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel in downtown Cleveland was fantastic. I will definitely stay at this hotel again."
