「Amazing resort for families, has many pools, beach and waterpark. Food options are plentiful and there is always a snack bar and sports bar option for picky eaters. Staff is amazing and always accommodating, beans coffee is the best and the entertainment staff - JJ, Mickaela, Balky, Luis, Miguel, Yaby are all great. Bar and wat staff at the splash pool are awesome - Ernesto, Elby, and Maria! You will love it here for sure. Its super safe for kids and a family resort.」

「Everything is local. Didn’t like that we weren’t told about the towel card and that both room keys have to be returned at checkout. Beach people attacking us at the beach to sell us things 」

「We loved everything about our stay at Esmeralda this time. The pools and the beach were clean, the food and drinks were of good quality, the room was spacious and cozy. The most remarkable part is the genuine friendliness of the staff, especially Armando at the front desk, Alexis at the wet bar, Awilda at the buffet etc. Thank you all so much for a wonderful vacation」
