「Um 10 Uhr wurden wir angefragt, ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll. Um 11 Uhr sah die Person an der Rezeption, dass wir weg gingen. Um 17 Uhr war das Zimmer nicht gemacht und nach Nachfrage kam auch niemand mehr. Aber sonst war alles sehr sauber 」

「O apto é excelente, grande e confortável, com ar condicionado nos quartos, camas confortáveis, banheiros adequados e na cozinha tinha geladeira, fogão, microondas e utensílios, tudo muito bom, só tenho a salientar que a lavanderia estava entupida e a água saia por baixo do tanque e ia até a cozinha, nada que uma pequena manutenção não resolva. 「we stay here for a destination party. overall, our stay was great. The property is close by to the beach. Breakfast is included. You do have to cross a small street to the breakfast area, which is located on the beach. Breakfast was great. Staff is very friendly, approachable, and helpful. we stayed in two different villas which were clean, but the biggest issue was the amount of mosquitoes. housekeeping did come in to tighten up the rooms, but we did have to ask for additional towels. "En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes."
