"Such a fun trip. We were 8 adults, 3 teens, and 3 kids. The cleanliness rivaled Disney and the staff were the best. The entertainment and fitness staff were the most hardworking group I’ve ever seen. The entertainment was fun and the food was good. The rooms need updating and they said that is happening later this year. But it was so clean and the grounds were beautiful. Aranza was the yoga instructor and also entertainment at night and we loved her. If you don’t want kids at the resort, you can go to RIU Palace (saw complaints in other reviews). Volleyball each day was fun and the body boards were free to check out. We did the zip lining through Valentina with Grayline at the resort and she was great. Fun week!"

Can’t say enough wonderful things about him, excellent representation for the resort, fabulous customer service skills, and so personable. Even when we couldn’t get in his section due to his popularity, if he noticed we were looking for someone, he’d be there to aid in ordering for us. "We stayed at Krystal Grand for a week as a family and loved it. Staff members were very kind, service was excellent. Our room was lovely with a balcony and sea view, it was generously sized. Food was good, especially the buffet. We were happy to see lots of seafood and vegetable options. There’s a very well maintained path that takes you Bucerias which we walked couple of times while enjoying flora and variety of birds around us. We also took long strolls by the sea, caught some remarkable sunsets. All in all I strongly recommend this resort, and we thank all hardworking staff. "
