「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

「We enjoyed the studio with small kitchen and balcony for a fabulous week. The suite, grounds and pool are lovely, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We used the bikes to ride to the beach, the local Soriana and other marina shops and restaurants. We recommend this sweet property and look forward to a return visit. 」

「The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. 「The rooftop pool was the highlight of our PV visit - we could've spent our entire vacation there. The property is on a busy street but we managed to get around on foot very well - location is central to lots of things around. There was some construction noise from the buildings nearby when we were out on the terrace but that's city living! Maxwell Staff was exceptional throughout. The Pool Bar staff was awesome. (The Valet/Front Desk staff could use some customer service help.) We'll definitely...

「Our stay was beyond what we expected. Great location with old Mexican charm. The staff was always present, available, smiling. Felt like family yet intimately warm with privacy and personal touches. 「The people who host this property went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Their response time is immediate. This is a safe, clean and comfortable property. It is basic and not frilly or fancy, but it had everything I needed. It is situated one block from the popular Los Muertos beach and is surrounded by many restaurants, clubs and shops. 「The resort was nice, rooms were comfortable, and cleaning service was good. Buffet style in main dining area but could try other options. Asian wasn't the best and had mixed reviews on most from other guest but steak house was definitely good and popular. Room service menu was limited. Bar service at quiet pool area was slower than swim up bar. The $500 promised in resort credits through Expedia was not resort credits it was a coupon book for various activities in area. Didn't even get $10 off...

Here’s the “opportunities”-our room was very run down and needed a refresh and the housecleaning staff did the bare minimum to keep our room clean....
