「We had an excellent stay here for the NYE week. The owner Ms. Edith clearly cares about her visitor’s stay & thinks of all the details! There is a snack basket & drink fridge which was filled based on our preferences, including food allergies. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook meals. The beds were comfy. Only 15 minutes to the strip but everything was within walking distance - restaurants, pharmacy and Target just a short ride. Kim was amazing to communicate with and allowed us to extend the checkout time as our flights were delayed. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back!」

Area of concern - one of the condo owners said the neighborhood has been going down a little bit over the last few years and we can see that. To be clear, the condo is fantastic! But there was never anyone in the office in the 2 months we stayed there. And we never saw security - not once. Over all - it was an absolute blast. And we cant thank the owners enough.」

「The unit is beautiful. The bed was super comfortable. Very quiet and relaxing. I slept solidly the 2 nights that I was there. Once I figured out how to open the blinds (control on the wall, duh), it was game on! The view is fabulous, I honestly had no desire to turn on the TV, I looked out the expansive windows for hours. 「We had a great stay at this apartment which is well appointed with great views of the Strip. Easy check in and the host provided lots of information prior to our stay and was very responsive to any questions. We were able to use all the facilities at the MGM Grand including the pools. Handy Starbucks in the lobby. We have fed back to the host that the mattress needs looking at as it was showing signs of wear. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend. 」

「This is our 4th stay at MGM Signature Suites. All of the units are very clean and have everything we need. We feel safe and secure here and MGM is only a 12 minute walk, underground. Valet attendants are very friendly and efficient with parking our car. Matt was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.」
