「We booked a waterview room and the view was true to the website. Room spacious and we got interconnecting as requested. Service was good but the reception seems understaffed. Excellent proximity to the marina for reef trips and many choices of restaurants. facilities well maintained but presentation not superb. The glass panel for the bathtub which does not even shield half the bathtub is a disaster for the floor after a shower and reduced the guest's enjoyment 」

Not much need be done to bring the hotel up to a better standard that people would be pleased to pay more for. Did not eat in the restaurant buy enjoyed happy hour on a few days. It should be made clearer that the bonus you get for not having the room serviced on a daily basis is actually claimable in food and drink on a daily basis and not simply credited to you account 」
