"I am nit picking here but, there is only one elevator for a 10 building hotel. So if you have someone with a handicap or wheelchair it is difficult and takes a long time especially during peak hours and check in/out times. Lastly, the closest smoking section is about 3 blocks away, so that was a big inconvenience."

"This hotel is quite new and still looks amazing. Dining room is lovely, onsen is fantastic. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved staying in Kameoka and commuting into Kyoto because after the crowds in Kyoto it was so refreshing to come back to quiet and clean Kameoka. We enjoyed every minute of our stay."

"The location of this capsule hotel is ideal, especially since it is close to several subway lines and is walking distance from the Shinsaibashi shopping arcade. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. The hotel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and have front desk personnel who can speak English and even Chinese."

"We arrived much later than expected but we were greeting by a friendly overnight staff that helped us check in with no problems. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Also a great location. Easy to get to everything from here as a centralized train station is very close. Definitely would stay here again. "
