"I loved the convenience of the area in proximity to a lively area of Tokyo! I also felt safe and comfortable despite the interesting setup of strangers basically living together in a multi room apartment/hotel. The only thing that bothered me a little the lack of dusting on the air conditioner and other areas of the place inside."

"It was only one night stay to my trip final destination. The room is small, however, the bet is clean and comfortable. That’s quite important to me. It was a nice stay as one night. Thanks!"

"Great place for me who want to visit japan while on a budget or is on their first trip to said country. Elevators maybe be slow, but you can circumvent it with the stairs for a more healther route. Staffs: very good, has english speakers. So you're covered on that end. Highly recomend it."

"Staffs are friendly and responsive. Room is clean with both heat/cool AC, water. Couple of cons for me are: small shower stall. Did not have much room to hang tower or clothes without getting them wet. Another con is the noise due to the surrounding bars and karaoke bars. everyday party up to 5:00 AM! If that is your desire, then go for it. Overall, I like it due to its location near Shinjuku station and cleanliness. "

"Located a short walk to the train station made this affordable, safe location very attractive. It has everything you need. The lockers are big enough to store carry on, coat and tote or backpacks with large suitcases stored in lobby storage. The savings is worth any hassle. If you plan to spend most of your time around the city, this is a perfect place to shower, sleep, check up emails and unwind."

"Such a convenient location. I opted for the single bed option and it was perfect for me. The room was spotless and had a fridge which was ideal for any food bought from the many combinis nearby. The shower and bathroom was immaculate and came with shower gel and shampoo and conditioner. All staff were so friendly and helpful. I know I’ll return to Tokyo and I will definitely book here again"
