"Loved our stay at this hotel. Easy to find, clean and very friendly. Close to the train station with easy access to city. They do offer breakfast but we didn’t eat there since we’re out early every morning. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. "

"Rad hotel, but since I booked so late, room was mehhh by Japan standards especially at the price point. Outlets for phone charger was kinda awkward, it wasn’t the best layout (like the APA in Osaka) but it IS convenient as heck for the Mooneyes car show next door at Pacifico Yokohama. Next tine I’ll book way earlier!! "

"Very helpful staff. Conveniently located near a convenience store and other amenities. Almost next to the Anpanman Museum, a 3-minute walk away. Also, it's a 15-minute walk to Yokohama Station. Ocean Milano restaurant was quite fancy, and the food was delicious. "

"Really great location with the train and bus literally outside the front door. Very courteous and helpful staff. Spacious room. Nice pastries and cafe next door in the bldg and two 7-11s within one block. Nice guest spaces for patio dining and kitchen, tea coffee etc, coin laundry and gym. Only problem was my room was too warm and ac didn’t cut it (in December) but heard from friends staying nearby at other hotels were having same issue so possibly because they keep the bldgs so warm in the...

"The hotel is getting out of date, but location is very good. Services by hotel was not as good as used to be."

"Locate in the city center and walk to station in 5 min. The carpet in the hallway need to be cleaned or changed. It looks old and stained. The room is spacious. There is a small scratch in the sink. Some food esp. fruits will not be available if you arrive late that 9:30."

"The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, the only thing that made me uncomfortable was the noise from the trains. The train tracks are right next to the hotel, and it gets noisy whenever a train passes by."

"This is a fantastic hotel to stay while visiting the area. Super close to public transit and has dining, shopping, and health services in the same building. The hotel was aesthetically pleasing, but the one thing I would warn others is that the bed is extremely hard. I had some back pain after staying for a couple nights. "
