"The view of Mt.Fuji from my room could not be beat—it was perfect. I loved the onsen as well. I would say the only drawback was that it is quite a walk from the train station—about 1/2 hr. So not ideal if you have luggage. Taxis were hard to come by for us. We could not get a taxi to take us to the train station at 8am."

"Absolutely fantastic - lovely traditional room with private onsen and complimentary drinks. Staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Pick up from Gora station, and they were even kind enough to bring my Suica card to the station when I forgot it when I checked out. The Kaiseki meal was incredible, as was breakfast, all served in our own private dining room. The public onsen was lovely too. Expensive stay, but worth it. "
