"The staff is really friendly and warm and the amenities are wonderful, especially the snacks on the second floor; however, the room felt really cramped and when I cleaned the phone with disinfectant wipes, I got a lot of dirt. The carpet is a little dirty, and there is no luggage rack, so it’s kind of awkward with two suitcases on the floor and no place to move around. The location is super convenient.
