"The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...

"Me and friends stayed in 1 bedroom with 3 futons for 3 nights, the room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. As a hostel, there are many tourist and bag-packers and don't care much about cleaning the communal spaces but someone from the hostel came to clean every day, and that was very good! The hostel provides, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and washing and drying cloth. Location is perfect! very close to the Kawaguchiko station. I think is a very good hostel. thank you"

"This was a secure ryokan with only 3 rooms on the top floor. We could store our luggage there before our check in and for a few hours after checkout, which was really helpful. "Fantastic stay, highly recommend. Area around property is very quiet, with at minimum a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants or convenience stores. Great views of Mount Fuji can be seen from the property, or anywhere in Fujiyoshida for that matter. "Its a very quiet, beautiful spot close to stations to travel to hakone and the baths were lovely! Its nice to walk around the area. The man running the hotel spoke english pretty well, my non japanese speaking friend had no issues at all. The bedding is futons and it was more comfortable then the hotel we previously stayed at and was perfect for our single night stay"

Loved how walking inside your completely transported to a Japanese experience with bridged walkways shaped of arcs and where there was ponds underneath lthose bridges. "It was about 15 minutes walk from Odawara train station. There’s many steep stairs to third floor outside of building. We stayed Carol room for 8 nights which is next to Dada room. This Dada room’s bed(couch) attaches to the wall of Carol room. Walls are thin and noise like TV and talking on the phone kept us awake every night. Air conditioner/heater wasn’t working properly. The description indicates TV in living room but there’s no TV. Toilet was a bit old and smelly. Will not stay again. "

"Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa. "
