"Great staff, convenient location, walkable to Disney, food nearby. Only issue I had was the parking situation. We had some issues with finding parking despite having a parking permit. This would be fine if the parking space was included at no extra charge with the reservation, but it’s 25 bucks a night.some of the stalls are very tight to fit into too. "The check-in and check-out staff members didn’t seem too happy. Valet/bell guys were nice though. Location is great if you’re going to Disneyland. We got an upgrade to see the theme park view from our room, which was wonderful during Disney firework hour (9:30pm). Room was clean and spacious. Rooftop restaurant was closed on Sunday, but still has bar service where you can sip drinks by the (adults only) pool/jaccuzi. If you have kids, there’s a pool downstairs. "
