First room walked and smelled vomit, and saw spider webs. Second room was clean. Out dated everything and thin walls, old carpet, loud air conditioner, tiny tv, toilet barely flushed. Not worth the money. But shuffle to Disneyland was great! Definitely best part of stay.

I continuously stay here during Disney trips because I love the free shuttle service! Also, as a single mom, I feel safe! Which is all I can truly ask for. The property is highly dated. They need a complete renovation. However, the price and transportation to Disney make up for that! Also, during my first shower, the drain slowly drained the water leaving me showering in a pool. I called down for maintenance. They came about an hour later but quickly fixed the issue. A clogged drain with lots of hair (ew!). Staff is always friendly. I’ll continue to stay here!!

Enjoyed our two nights stay in a premium garden pool room. Loved how close it was to the pool area with back door access. Did notice not very many plug-ins accessible and no cell phone cord plug-ins like other hotels, coffee making station could use Spruce up. Went out for the day and came back to clean our room not cleaned or make our beds. Overall, had a pleasant stay.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. The grounds are amazing to look at and makes me feel I am in a Dutch town. The breakfast buffet has many options, and the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. The convenience of the parking with a lot of lighting and the shuttle service to and from the Disney resort gives it an A . I will continue to stay here in the future.
