I had booked two rooms for three nights for my party. In our room, there were spider webs and the mini fridge smelled like pickled jalapeños, which were not terrible. It got worst as the days went on. On our last night, I found roaches in the room. I recorded it and went to go show the front desk person who was very nonchalant about it and said she would put a request for service when we check out. My partner later had advised me that he had seen them days prior but just killed them because I they did not want it to bother me or our other party. Upon further search of the room. There were bugs in the lighting in the bathroom as well. Would have been nice if they refunded part of our stay since we were about to check out.
