Hotel itself is nice~ a little bit aged but staffs are super friendly and I love the pool on roof top! The only thing is location… DTLA is not very safe so there are a lot of weird people walking around… would not recommend to talk outside during night time.

I liked how helpful the bellman was and the fast response from the valet parking guy. I would like to give a special thank you to cesar the valet parking guy and to jose the bellman,these two guys work there ass off and are differently good for the hotel!

Hotel was great! Staff was very friendly and rooftop was amazing. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy with lots of homeless people, but as to be expected in downtown La.

Modern, urban design hotel. I booked a city view with a king bed. My room was on the 5th floor so you could hear street noises. The room was spacious. Everything you need is there, but it’s not a typical hotel, so some amenities are missing. The rooftop bar is fantastic, and there is excellent staff.
